Combine garlic, salt, pepper in a bowl, crumble. Add lemon juice, herbs and oil. The advantage of this marinade – fresh, so use it within 1-2 hours after cooking. This marinade is perfect for poultry, seafood, veal, pork, lamb and vegetables. The more pieces, the longer they need to marinate. My meat marinated for 3 hours... (1 hour heat, 2 - in refrigerator)
After marinating put the meat on the grill and at t 180-200 g cook (with grill function + ventilation) 15 min one and 15 min. from the other side. Meat is cooked amazingly fast, and it turns out tender and juicy...
