Pork chops with grapes
Didn't know how to cook chops from a pork neck, I wanted something unusual, and began to look on the website of Italian cuisine and found this interesting recipe.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    300 g

  • Grapes

    100 g

  • Dry white wine

    100 ml

  • Capers

    15 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 tbsp

  • Onion

    0.5 pc

  • Flour

    1 tbsp

  • Juniper

    5 pc

  • Bay leaf

    1 pc

  • Rosemary

    1 pc

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Pieces of pork (I used pork neck, as in the original recipe the pork chops on the bone) roll in flour - this is good to use a plastic bag, it turns out evenly and conveniently.

Finely chop the onion and fry in olive oil.

Add the Bay leaf, the rosemary and fry together with the meat on medium heat.

Juniper berries crushed in a mortar. Add to meat with juniper berries and capers. Basting with white wine and evaporate the wine on high heat by two thirds. Meat salt, pepper, add the grapes. Lower the heat to minimum, cover the meat with a lid and simmer for half an hour.

From time to time to flip the meat. When the meat is ready, the sauce to remove the Bay leaves, rosemary. Meat feeding, watering sauce.
