My variation cooking pork neck "under the coat".

Ingredients

  • Pork

    2 kg

  • Tomato

    6 pc

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Mayonnaise

    350 ml

  • Onion

    4 pc

  • Seasoning

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

Meat wash and cut into pieces a La carte. Season with salt and pepper and pour into pan (it is desirable that the pieces were next to each other). Peel the onion and slice. Tomatoes cut into slices. Cheese to grate on a coarse grater. Meat sprinkle with your favorite seasoning (I like to add Italian herbs mix). Put meat on onions, for onion put tomatoes.
