Description
A delicate, slightly spicy meat, surrounded by bright, flavorful vegetables - a great dish for dinner. And thanks to natural soy sauce "Kikkoman", I almost do not use salt in the cooking process. Cooking is easy and quite fast.

Cooking
Basic products. I used frozen cauliflower. The preparation time excluding the time needed for marinating meat.
Loin is better to take fresh, not frozen. I have a great piece of pork loin on a small bone with a thickness of 2cm, with slight veins of fat. Meat wash and dry. In a bowl, prepare the marinade: mix the soy sauce, I prefer soy sauce "Kikkoman", 1st. L. oil, a generous pinch of ground black pepper or allspice and cumin. I don't add salt, but you can adjust to your taste. Add the onion, roughly chopped. Meat dipped in the marinade and leave for at least 1 hour from time to time to turn.
Cucumber slice or grate thin petals, red pepper cubes.
Remove the meat from the marinade, put in a colander over a bowl with the marinade to drain excess liquid. Fry in a hot pan with the two sides literally by the minute, until Golden brown. Turn off the heat and cover with lid. To turn on the oven.
Form for baking grease with oil, put the cauliflower (if frozen, thaw in advance at room temperature), cucumber and red sweet pepper, leaving room for meat. Put a piece of meat, watering his juice from the pan, and place in a preheated 200-220 degree oven.
To the marinade add the remaining butter, 1st. L. honey and the grated zest of half a lemon.
After about 15 minutes remove the pan from the oven, lightly salt and pepper the vegetables. Pour meat and vegetables with marinade and again send in the oven for another 15 minutes. Make sure that the vegetables and meat don't burn.
And here is the finished dish. Serve hot, watering meat sauce that has formed during baking, and sprinkle the vegetables with lemon juice as a standalone dish, or with rice. You can decorate with finely chopped fresh herbs.
