The meat is cut into pieces of arbitrary size (I cut large). Put in a bowl, sprinkle with salt (salt should be a little as a marinade and a dressing made of soy sauce themselves will be salty). Add the spices and all mix well so that each piece was evenly spiced. Vkidyvaem starch and stir again, every bite.
Pour the meat: three tablespoons soy sauce, tablespoon oil, teaspoon of vinegar. Mix and leave to marinate (at least an hour).
Meat put in a pan in hot oil (I have the photo lined half 2 servings). Each bite of fry with two sides to it came from the crust.
Then reduce the flame and fry to a beautiful roasted crust under the hood.
In the tank (I have 150 grams) mix a teaspoon of sugar (no slides) with 100 g of hot water to dissolve the sugar. 50 g. add the soy sauce. Pour this thing into the frying pan to the meat, adding 100-150 grams of water, mix well, reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 15 minutes until water has evaporated and will not remain thickish gravy.
It looks like ready meat with sauce.
You can serve it with any side dish - better than porridge, potatoes or pasta. I like it with rice. Attention! A side dish prepared with such meat, must be salted to a minimum, and add oil to it should not be at all, because gravy from the meat contains enough oil.
