Pork chop not big and thick pieces. Not a big part of ginger cut into cubes, a little hot pepper finely chop, mix with meat, add soy sauce and a pinch of sugar ( salt if needed), I'm a little salted meat, because soy sauce is very salted. Marinate and let stand for 20 minutes
While the meat will marinate, prepare the batter. One egg white, mix with 1.5-2 tablespoons of starch and add a little water. ( the consistency should be like yogurt) Carefully stir ( I blender) it with a whisk. In a pan pour sufficient oil ( mini deep-fried) and put to heat. ( Can be frying, the oil should be very pure.)
When the oil is hot, dip pieces of meat in batter and fry is not in large quantities (do not overcook, probably need 7 minutes)
While the meat is roasting, prepare a plate with a napkin on which we put the meat to remove excess fat.
Make sauce. Cut peppers, ginger, pineapple and zucchini.. ( can average straw can slices..)
Warm up a frying pan in vegetable oil fry the vegetables and fruits. Then add 2 tbsp tomato paste 1 tbsp sugar ( approximately), add a little water and soy sauce ( approx 100g), maybe a little more. and a little chilli pepper
While we simmer the sauce for 5 minutes, make a thickener, a little water with starch.. and add the sauce. and add a drop of vinegar. At the last stage, combine meat with fruit and vegetable sauce. Stew for 1-2 minutes and switch off
Prepare the garnish. Boil the rice in salted water, heat the pan with oil, slightly fry the rice, little soy sauce, after roasting the rice, move to one side, next to egg and remaining yolk, stir quickly, creating flakes.. and then combine with the rice.
The dish is ready! Sprinkle the top with cilantro. Bon appetit!
