Here is the jerky I had. With salsa, because my love fatter.
Twisted it 2 times in a meat grinder and get minced. You can get ready minced (to taste - fatty or lean).
Now for the pumpkin and onions. Pumpkin to grate on cucumbers.
Finely chop the onion, the smaller, the better.
Mix the minced meat, pumpkin and onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
On the tray lay a foil, spread the mixture and form a hand. Place in oven and bake at 200 degrees C for 20-30 min.
Peel the potatoes and boil until tender.
To make potato puree, add salt.
Add the cream, I have got very thick. Mix well.
Put mashed potatoes on a plate and flatten to make like a pillow and put it on puree ready baked hand.
Decorate as desired: ketchup, dill. So the hand looks even worse.
