Small pieces of cut meat.
Kim-Chi into small pieces (if not cut).
In the pan fry the meat with onion until the meat starts to brown. A little bit of salt.
Then to add Kim Chi fry for another 3 minutes.
Diminish the fire, cover with a lid and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Here and ready!
