Meanwhile, cut the meat slices with a thickness of 1 cm, slightly beat off with large teeth, salt, percu on the one hand, dripping with olive oil and rubbed it all.
Frying pan gets hot. Not reducing the fire spread on her meat, slathered side down, cover is not available. As soon as starting our meat to nicely brown, turn over, on the other hand is fried even faster, also until Golden brown. All! The meat is ready, the main thing is not to overdo on the fire, otherwise it will be hard.
