Description

Solar zrazy
A delicious, hearty, beautiful dish. Absolutely not lean, but many, like me, and can not live a day without meat or fish. And in combination with an interesting side dish turns into a wonderful men's dinner. I had half such zrazy, to cease to feel hunger.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 pc

  • Chicken egg

    3 pc

  • Bread crumbs

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Garlic

    1 pkg

  • Black pepper

Cooking

step-0
In minced meat add finely sliced onion (or turn the grinder on)
step-1
Add the egg, salt, pepper, knead the meat. If it turns liquid, add a couple of tablespoons of semolina, if the cool - a couple of tablespoons of water.
step-2
Pour into a bowl bread mixture (sold ready, you can make your own from bread, you can use semolina)
step-3
Clean two the boiled egg (you can try, in principle, and eggs, cooked in a "pouch", you may have a very gently)
step-4
Take a ball of ground beef, make it into a big thin tortilla like a pie, but in the whole hand. Put on the middle of boiled peeled egg.
step-5
and slowly begin to hide (wrap) egg in the stuffing. The technology is similar to the creation of the pie.
step-6
The result is takurou big chop Kingsize ("king size").
step-7
From all sides, coat the cutlet in breadcrumbs
step-8
Put in a pan with hot oil. Fry on all sides on high heat until Golden brown (I fried in a thick skillet, if thin - it is better to do the heat medium). Attention!!! To turn need very carefully, the best two spatulas, in order not to damage the thin and delicate the meat "dough". When the cake cooked all the way, diminish the heat to 1/3, add to the pan 50-80 g of water and immediately cover with a lid. Under the hood the chops "comes" 10 minutes (depending on thickness of the meat "dough".
step-9
The finished pancakes spread on a plate, nicely cut and eat immediately, because it is just to admire this beauty, inhaling the aroma of meat, it is simply impossible! Very tasty served with pearl barley Crescent as in the photo (barley cooked with fried onions and carrots). BON APPETIT!!!
