Meatloaf with cheese wrapped in bacon
Very simple and quick to prepare meatloaf.

Ingredients

  • Bacon

    100 g

  • Minced meat

    150 g

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Sugar

    60 g

  • Water

    30 ml

  • Vinegar

    0.5 tbsp

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

To make this rolls we'll need a sushi Mat. So, on the Mat lay a strip of bacon, sprinkle with salt and pepper.

The bacon spread the stuffing, even out, also salt and pepper. For stuffing put the cheese strips.

Next, wrap the roll using the Mat.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, put the meatloaf in a baking dish and bake for about 20 minutes.

While baked roll, prepare the sauce for glazing: sugar and water mix in a saucepan, add all other ingredients and ovarium until thick. After 20 minutes, grease the loaf gravy for icing and leave in the oven for another 15-20 minutes.
