Cooking
Beans rinse, soak in cold water with soda. I soak overnight, but it will be enough an hour and a half.
The next day (or the expiration of the allotted you on the soaking time) beans, rinse, cover with fresh cold water and boil until tender (about 1 hour, but better try). Salt is not necessary.
While cooking the beans, make meatballs. Apricots wash well. If the dried fruit is harsh, they can be soaked in warm water for a few minutes. Dried apricots, onions and greens grind in a blender to a pulp, add the soy sauce and punch a couple of seconds.
Put the mixture from the blender to mince (ideally pork, but delicious and with other options), add the egg and black pepper. Mince, knead well, if you want to add breadcrumbs.
Blind meatballs and boil for a couple or fry.
Leeks cut into half rings (onion - deverticalized). In a frying pan, melt a knob of butter, fry the onions until Golden brown. Optionally, you can add 2 cloves of minced garlic.
With fried onions pour 300 ml of boiling water, add the salt and evaporate the resulting sauce to half. The sauce should be slightly salty.
In refractory form to put the boiled beans, lay on top of roasted or steamed frikadele, evenly pour all the onion sauce. And put in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 20 minutes.
Spicy meatballs with beans is ready! I'm a little gape, and meatballs quite flushed...
