Cooking
Choose a good cut of pork, wash and make 2-3 deep cuts.
RUB salt, pepper to taste. I love cloves and so always add it to the meat. 5-6 stuff will be enough.
Do fill: for this mix the oil, honey, juice and zest of oranges, grated garlic, and vinegar. Mix well.
Meat put in a bowl and pour dressing. Cover with a lid and allow to infuse for at least 4 hours - I left overnight.
Then put the meat on foil, on a form or on a baking sheet. Pour the marinade on top and tightly wrap in foil.
Put into the oven at 220 degrees for 15 minutes. Then diminish the temperature to 180 and cook for another hour. After that, take out the meat, the foil disclosed and cook until Golden brown for another 20 minutes. Temperature can be increased up to 200 degrees, or cook under the grill.
