Pork chop with vegetables
Products used: chili Ketchup "Maheev", Mustard grainy "Mach."

Ingredients

  • Pork

    4 pc

  • Lemon

    1 pc

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

    3 tbsp

  • Onion

    2 pc

  • Tomato

    4 pc

  • Sugar

  • Ketchup

    5 tbsp

  • Mustard

    4 tbsp

Lemon pour over boiling water, remove the zest from half of lemon squeeze the juice. Pork chops rubbed with lemon zest, pepper and grainy mustard "Mahe". Pour some on each steak a little olive oil. Leave to marinate for 2 hours.

Two kinds of onions and tomatoes cut into slices.

Heat a griddle pan, pour a little vegetable oil and fry the chops on each side for 5 minutes until Golden brown. Pass the meat in the pan, add salt, cover and keep chops warm.

In a pan, where grilled chops add the vegetable oil, put the onion and tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, add the lemon juice, sugar and sauté 5 minutes.

Add chili ketchup "Maheev" and leave on the heat for another 5 minutes.

Shift the meat to the vegetables in the pan, the vegetables to put on the meat. Put in the oven. Cook for another 10-15 minutes until ready meat.
