Pork Little Italy
Don't know why "Little Italy", but personally I have a combination of meat, tomatoes, eggplant and pickled cucumbers is associated with this beautiful country. The meat turns out tender, juicy, with a spicy taste. Suitable as a dish for the holiday table, and just, when you desire to pamper your beloved man. Cooking quick and easy, to handle even a beginner cook! The whole cooking process takes only 1 hour.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Tomato paste

    0.5 can

  • Cucumber

    0.25 can

  • Soft cheese

    150 g

  • Olive oil

    2 tbsp

  • Seasoning

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Basil

    1 tsp

That's what we need:

1. My meat, RUB olive oil and spices. Spread on a baking tray lined with foil.

2. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Bake meat on average 15-20 minutes. Cucumbers finely chop and mix with paste "Dolmio".

4. Meat out and turn over. On each slice lay a spoonful of the cucumber with the paste. Sprinkle the top with grated cheese.

5. Heat remove the oven to 150 degrees and bake the pork on the top shelf of the oven until the formation of a crispy cheese crust for another 15-20 minutes. Serve hot with side dish of pasta or spaghetti. Bon appetit! PS Pickled cucumbers with tomato paste is also very tasty to use as a dressing for pasta.
