A symbiosis of several recipes gave good results...
Ingredients

Potatoes

Cream

Butter

Black pepper

Vystelim form foil for baking - shiny side in!
Potatoes wash, cut into slices and put into the form. Add salt to taste.
Pour a little cream (so that the entire bottom was covered - it took me about 3-4 tablespoons). On top lay a bit of butter (a piece of 50 grams distributed more or less evenly over the potatoes).
Tightly wrap in foil and put in oven for 30-40 minutes. If you want ruddy - expand at the end and keep on high heat for 5-10 minutes
