Nutmeg-ginger pork in a French sauce
What could be better than wonderfully prepared meat for dinner? Only meat with a light sauce that complements its soft and delicate taste! Invited for a hearty dinner!

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    3 tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    3 tbsp

  • Mustard

    3 tbsp

  • Pork

    1.5 kg

  • Garlic

    4 clove

  • Soy sauce

    50 ml

  • Thyme

    1 tsp

  • Basil

    1 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    1 tsp

I bought a pork shoulder and decided to bake

Like pork with nutmeg and a hint of Basil.. the ginger sets off the thyme... well bouquet checked more than once.
