Arabic bread & meat "GYROS". Arabic bread stuffed with meat.

Cooking
Meat cut into strips. Add a mixture of "GYROS" or a mixture of dried herbs, I used a mixture of herbs, vegetable oil and leave for 15-20 minutes to marinate.
The meat is fried in a pan until cooked and remove.
In the same pan and fry until soft vegetables, cut into strips.
Prepared vegetables combine with meat.
With a sharp knife make an incision in Arabic bread and make a pocket (the edge cut into julienne strips and add to the meat).
Pocket filled with cooked mixture, put in the microwave or in the oven for a couple of minutes to warm the bread and serve with any sauce.
