The meat in the sauce
Pork chops in tomato sauce and cucumber. Instead of cucumber and spices, I used a prepared dressing for the pickle soup from Maggi. Baked carbonate with sauce in the oven. Very tasty with new potatoes.

I took 300 g of pork loin. Cut pieces-cubes.

I took the Maggi from dressing for the pickle. It has everything: pickles, garlic, and seasoning salt. Added the dressing to the skillet, mix, put 1 teaspoon of sugar and Bay leaf. Extinguished 3-5 minutes.
