Description
My favorite cuisine is Italian. Pizza, pasta, risotto... mmm... Pasta love all, but especially the Carbonara! Only the most authentic Italian, and therefore exclude the presence of cream, as Italians pasta is made just for the egg yolk! I only dared afford instead of bacon, add the shrimp.

Cooking
Pasta cooks very quickly, the main thing that you have all been prepared in advance and handy. RUB on a small grater Parmesan. Shrimp to throw in boiling water, add the lemon juice. Cook shrimp about 5 minutes, even less. Drain water, peel, set aside. Garlic clean, cut not small like mine. Preheat a frying pan olive oil, add garlic, sauté for 4-5 minutes on low heat. Don't let the garlic burn!!! In the end, we must get garlic oil. The garlic is thrown, the more it won't be needed.
Garlic butter-just fry the shrimp. If you manage to do everything in parallel and you already have cooked pasta, that's fine, at this point, they are ready. If not then while remove the pan with the shrimp and make pasta.
Put water on makaroshki. They can take any, on your taste. But the Italians are more like grooved. They are, in their opinion, better soak up the sauce. As soon as the water boils, add salt and pasta. Cook until al dente. Drain the water from the pasta. While they are working in parallel, we are preparing the sauce. For this you need to take two egg yolks, whisk them with a fork or whisk, add part of the Parmesan cheese and keep the bowl of sauce over a pot of cooking pasta. So from the warmth of the cheese will begin to melt and unite with the egg yolks. Return the pan with the shrimp on the gas, do a medium heat, just enough to warm up. Quickly spread hot pasta, pour the sauce, quick stir and switch off. And rather lay on plates, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, go for it.
