The recipe, as you understand from the title very simple. My secret: more onions, then the burgers turn out juicy! Yesterday saw the recipes on the website and they are certainly not to be compared with mine. And design better, and the recipes themselves are varied. And here I am with their burgers. Later I learned about the contest. And I already ofotografie recipes. But I'm not desperate, going after the competition to add recipes. I liked this hobby.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Onion

  • Chicken egg

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

  • Flour

    70 g

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Minced meat defrost (I have it frozen in portions). Onions clear.

Add minced egg, chopped onion, salt and percu. All mix well and form patties.

Preheat the pan, pour vegetable oil. Roll in flour and fry on medium heat until browned about 5 minutes on one side and the other.

Parboiled rice thoroughly in cool water. Add water, salt and cook over low heat until the water boils away.
