Cooking
Meat stacked in a convenient bowl, add the soy sauce, onion (cut into half rings), Khmeli-suneli, salt and mix thoroughly. Leave to marinate for a day in the fridge.
Make a syrup. Mix the lemonade, jam and soy sauce. Ovarium over high heat until lightly thickened.
Meat bake in a preheated 200-220 degree oven for 30 minutes. Then take it out, pour syrup over and bake until ready.
