Brisket marinade sauce of cranberry and persimmon
This dish I first tried at the friend, a couple of years ago. Before that even could not imagine the combination of sweet with meat. Actually impregnated the meat under this marinade and it was incredible!!! Try it!

Ingredients

  • Loin

  • Persimmon

  • Sauce

    2 tbsp

  • Red onion

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Buckwheat

    200 g

  • Lettuce

Prepare the marinade (sauce). Take a very soft ripe persimmon sauce wild cranberries. I need 2 pieces of persimmon, you can eat the rest while cooking)

In a blender mix the chopped persimmon, onion and 2st. spoon cranberry sauce.

The meat is washed under water and well rubbed with the sauce (marinade). Leave in the fridge for 1 hour.

Before baking, I sprinkled with salt (to taste) and pepper, in this case from two sides.

All neatly wrapped in foil, I bake the case in a cast iron pan, adding water to the meat was juicy and not burnt. Put the pan on the foil with the meat, then in the oven for 45mins at 180 degrees. Check the meat occasionally with a fork, so as not to overdry.

After the meat is prepared, be sure to put it with lettuce, I think this is beautiful, and I like the taste this combination.

Garnish, you can choose according to your taste, I love buckwheat. Cook quickly until the meat is baked. But the marinade with persimmon and cranberry sauce, try a must! Unique flavor, the taste! you can pour remaining marinade buckwheat or what you like, that was not "dry"
