What is spring without mushrooms! In the spring a party you can cook the pork with mushrooms, but it served unusual. The meat is rich and juicy.

Cooking
RUB pork with salt, put on the foil (greased with sunflower oil). Grate the pre-cooked mushrooms, cheese, garlic.
A knife in the meat to make the slots and put the grated garlic.
Spread on pork, chopped tomatoes, salt.
Next, spread the mushrooms, sprinkle with spices, mayonnaise. On mushrooms put the grated cheese, sprinkle with greens. Can be put on top the mushrooms. Wrap our pork in foil and put into the oven with temperature of 200°C for about 40 min. the Meat is very juicy. A delicious and hearty pork with mushrooms ready.
