I offer you a recipe of delicious and flavorful roast pork and mushrooms. It is often cooked roast dinner. The mushrooms in this dish can be any of: boletus, white, aspen, boletus, chanterelles, mushrooms, etc. And in any form: fresh, frozen, pickled. You can use dried, but then they need to soak.

Cooking
Potatoes clean and cut into small cubes. On a hot frying pan, pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and fry the potatoes over high heat. To fry it is not necessary, our task is to get a Golden crust and not dry the potatoes. When about half of the potatoes is lightly toasted, put it in a pan.
Onion peel and cut arbitrarily. In a pan add 1 tablespoon oil and arrange the onion. Fry on low heat until light brown colour of the bow.
Then add to the pan the sliced mushrooms. And fry them together with onion for about 3 minutes. Put in a pot for potatoes.
Meat cut into pieces. In a pan add 1 tbsp. spoon vegetable oil and fry the meat on maximum heat until Golden brown. It is important that the meat lost less juice. Spread in the pan.
Add to taste dried garlic (or fresh pressed), black pepper, Khmeli-suneli and salt.
Then add 2 tbsp. tablespoons mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon soy sauce Kikoman, 1 teaspoon of ketchup.
Mix well the mixture and put in the oven bag, tying it closer to the end of the package and put on baking tray, lightly spreading the mixture on the surface of the pan. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 50 minutes.
