Pork in the sleeve in the oven
Very tasty, juicy meat, very easy to prepare. A perfect dish for those who think that can't cook. Minimum ingredients, maximum benefit! All we need is a good piece of meat and a good (at least stable working) oven.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    1.8 kg

  • Onion

    1 pc

  • Carrots

    1 pc

  • Eggplant

    400 g

  • Salt

  • Spices

Cooking

Cut meat portions, gonna marinate with sliced carrots and onions for at least two hours, preferably overnight

Prepare the eggplant and spices

Mix the meat with eggplant and fill it with the mixture in the sleeve for baking.

Send the sleeve in the oven for 1.5 hours - 2, 180 degrees (guided by his oven). Sleeve make a few small incisions. After an hour in the kitchen floats a terrific flavor...

Prepared meat put in a ceramic (or other) pan, cover with a lid. Allow to stand for 5 minutes
