I was surprised not finding this recipe on the website. Me he was found on the Internet and bribed the speed and ease of preparation. I slightly changed the proportions and number of ingredients. "Chinese" style is a way of roasting meats and vegetables, ideally of course cook in the wok, but in the absence thereof, I did the usual deep saucepan with a thick bottom. Just want to warn you that the cooking process is quite "dirty" in terms of oil spray, but the final result is so tasty that the wash plate is worth it ;)

That's all we need. No "exotic" ingredients. Rice can be boiled in advance, or prepare all the other ingredients in the process of cooking rice ;)
The meat is cut into small pieces, so it managed to fry in a short time. Onion - small cubes, Bulgarian pepper - large pieces, pre-clearing of seeds. Garlic will certainly cut into slices, crushed blender or chesnoka-crush will give a slightly different effect.
In a pan heat the vegetable oil until the begin to "smoke". The temperature must be very high. Ideally, use a wok, but you can do a simple pot with a thick bottom. Pour meat and vegetables into the pan (Carefully! Oil will be much hissing and splashing) and vigorously stirring, fry for 3-5 minutes on high heat.
Pour all the soy sauce is Kikkoman. The more sauce will add, the saltier the dish will be. Add the chili pepper. The fire can be reduced. Intensively stir fry another 3-5 minutes Guided by the readiness of the meat, the smaller the pieces, the faster they are cooked. This rapid heat treatment allows to preserve vitamins and juiciness of vegetables.
Now break two eggs and all mix well until the eggs will not seize. I have it takes about 1 minute )
Add pre-cooked rice, lemon juice and mix well our meal. Switch off the stove and allow to stand until cut dill (or any other greens to your taste).
Add chopped greens, again all mix well and serve.
I made our dish with the help of round cookie cutters and decorated with a slice of lemon. Makes a wonderful hearty dinner, no salt, just half an hour. Bon appetit!
