Buckwheat with meatballs

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Bread

    1 slice

  • Salt

  • Yolk egg

    1 pc

  • Black pepper

  • Buckwheat

  • Tomato paste

    2 tbsp

  • Water

    1 glass

  • Basil

  • Rosemary

  • Garlic

    2 clove

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Flour

    1 tbsp

  • Milk

    1 glass

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Minced meat mixed with soaked and pressed bread, add the yolk, salt and pepper and form meatballs

Fry them in vegetable oil.

Fry until Golden brown.

Place on a plate. Boil buckwheat.

In a pan pour vegetable oil, garlic, rosemary (before adding the meatballs to get them out), tomato paste and water, stir, season with salt and pepper and cook for 30 minutes. Then put the meatballs and simmer for 20 minutes.
