Description

Chile minced beef
A recipe from the wonderful book "a Home feast without extra costs" prepared by me with small changes. The site has a similar, though mine is not only the ingredients but also the fact that in the technology of the original can make it literally in 20 minutes. Seasoning chili gives the dish a very tangy taste.

Cooking

step-0
To start prepare the vegetables. Wash and peel the onion and pepper, peel the garlic cloves. Tomatoes put in a deep bowl. They will need to pour boiling water to peel easily removed.
step-1
Finely chop the onion and garlic, pepper cut in small strips. Tomatoes fill with boiling water and leave for a few minutes.
step-2
In a large deep frying pan warm up the oil, put the minced meat and fry over moderate heat for about five minutes, stirring constantly.
step-3
Add to the minced onion, garlic, green pepper and cook another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then the fire diminish to a minimum and cover with a lid.
step-4
Take off the tomato skins and chop. Add the tomatoes to the pan along with crushed chili and tomato sauce (I used homemade tomatoes in their own juice). The original recipe asked to take canned tomatoes.
step-5
Now the dish should be brought to the boil, then add the beans, ground black pepper, salt and simmer until tender beans. In that case, if you use canned beans, you need to put out a short time, 3-4 minutes.
step-6
Garnishing a dish with rice and serve. In the original it is proposed to add cooked rice directly into the pan and stir. We like to serve rice as a side dish. Bon appetit!
