Cooking
Meat cut into arbitrarily and spread on a heated pan.
Bring the meat until soft and add the chopped onion, the finely chopped garlic and lemon juice (I had half a large lemon). Simmer for 10 minutes.
Add to the meat the chocolate, grated, and 50 grams of boiled water. Stir and simmer for 10 minutes.
Chocolate meat can bring to the table in 10 minutes after cooking. The meat goes well with mashed potatoes or rice.
