Pork wash, dry and cut into thin plates with a thickness of approximately 0.5-1 see the thinner, the easier to wrap.
Sliced mushrooms, cheese and sausage long strips.
Wrap the meat and fasten with a toothpick
Fry on both sides on high heat and bring to readiness in literally 10 minutes.
The rolls are ready! Before serving, remove toothpicks. Bon appetit!
