Pork knuckle
This pork Shank recipe turns out incredibly delicious! In my recipe I use the knuckle of the front leg, where the bone is smaller. This dish is suitable for special occasions and everyday! The meat turns out tender, soft, fragrant and top is crisp. Sure preparing for this recipe, you'll cook as always!

Ingredients

  • Knuckle

  • Onion

    7 pc

  • Salt

  • Bay leaf

    2 pc

  • Allspice

    6 pc

  • Vegetable oil

    2 tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    4 tbsp

  • Honey

    2 tsp

  • Mustard

    4 tbsp

  • Paprika sweet

    2 tsp

  • Coriander

    1 tsp

  • The mixture of peppers

    1 tsp

  • Seasoning

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    3 clove

Our knees bathed. Take 3 onions - peel mode on krugielki and spread on the bottom of the pan. This is to ensure that the meat does not burn when cooking. Put on top of the shank and fill with water to the top. There add Bay leaf, allspice pepper, salt. Once the water is boiling cook for 2.5 hours.

While briskets are cooked prepare the sauce. For sauce we need: oil, soy sauce, honey (must be fluid, either heat in the microwave), Russian mustard, paprika, a mixture of peppers, coriander, seasoning for grilling, all we mix in a bowl.

Shank cooked, pull them out of the water onto a plate and allow to cool a little.

But in the meantime take a baking sheet, vystelim it with parchment paper and place on the bottom of the remaining onion, cut into rings (so as not to overheat the knuckle). Shank grease carefully prepared with our sauce and spread on the onion and put it into the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes.
