I have the pork cut into portions immediately. Need to discourage them from two sides. I have a wooden hammer, so I wrap it in plastic wrap.
Next, cut the pork here on such pieces as wedges. Here I did not work out very well. Then tried to cut it thinner.
Fry the slices in hot oil until Golden brown on both sides. Can At this stage add salt, but I salted the meat. I add the spices in the batter. This step I repeated with the remaining pieces 3 times. While I roasted another batch, engaged in the batter.
