've looked at other recipes steaks and saw similar. Offer another option for cooking. Steaks in wine marinade makes juicy, tasty and melt in the mouth. The wine gives the meat its flavor and taste. So, wash the meat, paper towel dry. RUB with salt, pepper and sunflower oil. Onion cut into half rings. Put in a deep bowl meat with onions, pour the wine and sprinkle with pepper. I once again mixed and distribute the onion and pepper on the meat top and bottom. Put in a cold place for a couple of hours. Turn the meat a couple of times.
