Meat on the bone baked with potatoes
Very tasty and hearty dish! The trick is that the meat (pork) home - not a farm and not a shop, and is home. The meat turns out very tasty, and there can be not only hot, but cold is also very tasty.

Ingredients

Take 1 kg of pork on the bone, and put to the water glass.

While meat drains prepare all of the marinade. Salt, mustard powder, spices, stir and pour soy sauce (can be classic, but I took imbira). Mix all until smooth.

Because the meat cooking in one piece, it is best to porticati it with a fork or tenderizer (if available in the household) to better soaked. Grease the meat marinade ready and sent to infuse in the fridge for a few hours ( if you have time, you can on the day - the more you marinate, the tastier it will).

Spread the meat in a baking dish (mine is a regular frying pan without the handle) and put in oven preheated to 200 C for half an hour. The remainder of the meat under the marinade, I added 100 grams of water, so that in the future, periodically watering meat. When the meat on one side browned it should turn over.
