Do infuse. In warm milk dissolve the yeast, add a Cup of flour, sugar, salt. Stir and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes.
When the yeast mixture is foamy cap, add eggs, vanilla, butter and the remaining flour. Knead the dough and leave to rise for half an hour.
Make filling. Grate the bananas, add sugar and vanilla, mix well.
Get our dough, roll out to a thickness of 0.5 cm.
Put the filling and roll up the roll.
Bake at t=200*C for 25 minutes.
Ready to roll from top to grease with butter, so that was nice.
