Description
Very tasty, although meatless, donuts, soft and fluffy. You can eat them just like that, but how much tastier to dip the donut in a fragrant honey-cinnamon syrup, or a delicate yoghurt sauce!

Cooking
Pour couscous with boiling water, stir, cover tightly with a lid and top with a towel. Leave for 10 minutes. It would be better if a Cup of boiling water not be full to the brim.
Mash ripe bananas with a fork into a puree, mix with the cooled couscous. Sprinkle a pinch of curry me mango.
Add the flour and starch, mix the dough and let it sit for about 15 minutes. To add repaid spoon lemon juice baking soda and stir well.
Heat the oil for deep-frying, put in a cinnamon stick and fry the doughnuts with her.
The dough is not too thick, so it's convenient to dial it in a tea spoon and a second spoon to push down into the boiling oil. Donuts must float freely.
