Spicy potatoes with black olives and capers
A very easy way how to make a simple potatoes flavorful and delicious. I hope that this recipe will help to diversify Your Lenten menu. These potatoes can be used as an appetizer or side dish.

Ingredients

  • Sunflower oil

    3 tbsp

  • Potatoes

    4 pc

  • Olives

    50 g

  • Capers

    1 tsp

  • Zira

    0.5 tsp

  • Vinegar

    1 tbsp

  • Chili

    0.25 tsp

  • Dill

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Garlic

    1 clove

Potatoes my brush, pour the water, bring to the boil and cook for 20 minutes. The hot potato (how can hold hand) clean and cut circles.

Put potatoes in a deep plate. On top put capers and crushed black olives with a knife.

Prepare the dressing. Mix oil "Oleyna" (a mixture of sunflower and olive oil), vinegar and finely cut garlic.

Fill the potato filling. Sprinkle the top with cumin, chili, flour and dill.

Such potatoes can be served as a side dish, just warm, or cold as a snack. Fast with fun!
