Sometimes you want to pamper yourself with treats. Oatmeal cookies - perfect! It is like not only children but also adults! Offer you your home, interesting and very delicious recipe!

So, let's prepare the ingredients. I have to say that cookie is not like a shop... But very tasty, homemade and quite unusual.
For a start, whip the softened butter with sugar and vanilla sugar.
Soak the raisins in warm water for 15 minutes
To mass add the egg and continue whisking.
Add grated on a coarse grater Apple (if juicy - juice squeeze). Stir or you can continue to beat.
Oatmeal, mix with baking powder.
Added to the weight of the oat flour with the baking powder and oatmeal.
Then the dried raisins and non-small-potreblenie nuts, adding to already mix with a spoon.
Put the same (or in the form of figures as me) cookies on the laid parchment baking sheet. Bake at 180° for 10-12 minutes until light brown.
Our cookies are ready! When serving you can sprinkle with powdered sugar (even oatmeal cookies can make a holiday). In conclusion I will say that you can add a banana (the cookies get sweeter) or dried apricots. The taste of cookies is very unusual, felt nut, the flavor is incredible!
