The idea for a simple, hearty, but very tasty dinner. Everything is prepared, until cooked potatoes. For those who understand a lot about fried onions-enjoy! Norwegian salmon with mashed potatoes soaked in a yolk-a delicate combination.

Cooking
Divide the potatoes into smaller pieces to cook faster.
Boil, drain broth and mash with a potato masher, adding butter.
Fish steaks marinated in advance.
Drizzle with juice of lemon or orange.
