Potato gratin with anchovy (the anchovy)
To continue my cycle of recipes of potato dishes, I suggest You try a very interesting casserole with anchovies. Fragrant and delicious, with minimal ingredients and time-consuming.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    7 pc

  • Onion

    2 pc

  • Anchovies

    10 pc

  • Cream

    250 ml

  • Bread crumbs

    100 g

  • Butter

    2 tbsp

  • Fat

Peel the potatoes and cut into large strips. Put in a bowl with cold water to remove excess starch.

Onion cut into large cubes.

Anchovies divided into 2 parts. The marinade from the anchovies to save! I have used anchovy salted, so I took more than 10 PCs.

In a greased form put half of the potatoes.

Cover with layer of onions.

Sprinkle the anchovies.

The last layer spread the remaining potatoes.

Water potatoes left over from the anchovies to the marinade and half cream. If you use salted anchovy, the brine from it need not be added, only the cream.

Sprinkle with the breadcrumbs and spread on top of pieces of butter. Put in a preheated 220 degree oven ( with convection up to 200 C) for 50-60 minutes.

After half-time to pour on the remaining pudding cream.

Serve the pudding slightly chilled.
