It was evening, there was nothing to do... And dinner to cook we had, so I took out my old cookbook. And I made this potato. Everyone loved it, even the kids ate with gusto.

Cooking
Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into small cubes. Mix water with beer, add salt, bring to boil, put the potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
Drain in a colander. The decoction to drain into the bowl.
Loin cut into small cubes and pripustit. Loin I have in the moment not found, but still the white meat of chicken, and used it. Add fat, flour and, stirring, fry.
Pour, stirring constantly, potato broth until smooth, not too thick sauce. Add cumin, cinnamon, salt and pepper.
Put in the prepared sauce potatoes and let stand for 5 minutes. Quick, tasty and affordable!
