Potatoes in beer with bacon
It was evening, there was nothing to do... And dinner to cook we had, so I took out my old cookbook. And I made this potato. Everyone loved it, even the kids ate with gusto.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Beer

    1 glass

  • Water

    1 glass

  • Loin

    70 g

  • Flour

    20 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Cumin

  • Cinnamon

  • Black pepper

  • Peppers red hot chilli

Cooking

Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into small cubes. Mix water with beer, add salt, bring to boil, put the potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.

Drain in a colander. The decoction to drain into the bowl.
