Potatoes baked with sausage and cheese
This hearty and vibrant dish is perfect for a holiday table! Can be served as a side dish and as a main dish on hot! Vegetables, gently cooked sausage and a crispy crust of cheese!

Ingredients

  • Sausage

    200 g

  • Potatoes

    700 g

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Pepper

    1 pc

  • Red onion

    1 pc

  • Garlic

    2 clove

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Bread crumbs

    40 g

  • Thyme

  • Olive oil

    4 tbsp

  • Salt

  • Dill

    1 bunch

Cooking

Potato peel, cut into slices. I always use purple potatoes.

Sweet pepper (can be frozen) cut in half, remove seeds and partitions, cut into cubes. Add to the potatoes.

Onions cut into half rings, garlic chop, add to vegetables.

Add the mushrooms (I chanterelles) and mix well. Add thyme, salt, drizzle with olive oil.

Put in ovenproof form, greased with olive oil. Bake at 180 °C for 20 min.

Gently remove the form, toss the vegetables, drizzle with olive oil. Continue to bake another 20 min.

Mix the grated cheese with the breadcrumbs.

Sausage cut into slices. I use "doctor's sausage Cherkizovsky" Cherkizovsky meat processing plant. It is made from natural meat and has high taste qualities.

Remove the form, add the sausage, stir.

Sprinkle with cheese mixture and bake another 10 min.
