Prepare food for baking buns. The recipe I divided into three types of test, to make it clear, but each species is the same except for the ingredients for the colors (pumpkin and chocolate).

Mix three types of dough (white, yellow and brown). Place them in different bowls, cover with cling film and send in the fridge for 10 hours (overnight). Overnight, the dough should increase in volume as the yeast will begin to work.
