Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    10 pc

  • Yogurt

    400 ml

  • Red onion

    2 pc

  • Soy sauce

    3 tbsp

  • Khmeli-suneli

  • Salt

  • Basil

  • Parsley

  • Vegetable oil

    2 tbsp

Potato peel, wash, cut into thin slices. Spread in the form greased.

In yogurt add the onions passed through a meat grinder.

Then the finely chopped parsley and Basil, soy sauce, Khmeli-suneli and add salt to taste.

Pour the yogurt to the potatoes and stir. Bake at 200° until tender the potatoes, stirring it periodically.
