Chops bavarois
Pork chops with mushrooms, herbs and beer

Ingredients

  • Pork

    4 pc

  • Flour

    2 tbsp

  • Butter

    1 tsp

  • Onion

    0.5 glass

  • Garlic

    2 clove

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Thyme

    0.5 tsp

  • Beer

    200 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Parsley

Cooking

Lightly roll the chops in flour. Melt the butter in a shallow frying pan on medium heat, fry chops on both sides. Put on a plate.

In a pan add green onion, garlic, thyme and mushrooms, sliced. Simmer 2-3 minutes, until the onion has softened.

Return chops to the pan, pour in beer, bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover and cook for about 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Before serving, sprinkle with parsley.
