Mayonnaise, adjika, mustard, mix to taste. If you'd like it spicy - a little more mustard and adzhika, for fans of the less sharp - less. Add soy sauce, coriander. Cut the meat into large pieces as for chops. Onions cut into half rings. The meat and onions marinated in a mayonnaise mixture for 3-4 hours. Can at night.
