Salmon with potatoes in cream-mustard sauce
A tasty dinner.

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    1 kg

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Cream

    0.5 glass

  • Mayonnaise

    2 tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tbsp

  • Tarragon

    1 bunch

  • Lemon

    1 pc

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Salmon cut on a ridge, free from skin and bones; cut in small pieces, pour lemon juice, sprinkle with finely chopped tarragon and ground pepper and leave to marinate 10 minutes.

Peel potatoes, cut thin slices and cook in boiling water for 5 mins to reduce cooking time in the oven, add salt, sprinkle with vegetable oil.

The bottom of the baking dish spread potatoes in a single layer, and then fish & chips is stacked in serried ranks.

Mix cream, mayonnaise and mustard, sprinkle with salt and pepper, pour the mixture potatoes

Form cover with foil in which done little holes, bake in the oven at 200 degrees until the potatoes are done (I got 1 hour), then remove the foil and give the potatoes to the fish browned.
