Pollock yogurt under a fur coat
If you love Pollock, but you are tired of monotony and want something tasty and unusual, I advise you to prepare this dish. Fish turns out very flavorful, tender and insanely delicious.

Ingredients

  • Pollock

    300 g

  • Yogurt

    2 tbsp

  • Dill

    0.5 bunch

  • Olive oil

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    1 clove

  • Black pepper

    1 pinch

  • Dressing

    1 tsp

Cooking

Thaw fillets, if necessary, to remove bone.

In a deep bowl put the yogurt, olive oil, squeeze the garlic.

Add the chopped dill and Maggi dressing for the pickle. Mix well.

Baking tray lay a foil, place fillets and sprinkle lightly with ground black pepper.

On top pour the sauce and spread it to all fillet was covered. Send in a preheated 200°C oven for 20 minutes.
