Recently our family loved pork ribs, and if we go camping, then bake on the grill them. In my opinion, pork ribs are much tastier than the kebab, they are juicy and tender, and the price, they will be much cheaper.

Cooking
We continue to test the products of TM "Forester". Today I decided to use the gadget FORESTER "the grill Grate small" and alder chips ( which I forgot when cooking Briskets and promised to reform... :) )
It's very simple, combine in a bowl the garlic, spices, soy sauce, ketchup and vegetable oil. Coat our marinade the whole piece of ribs, why whole?! I think the meat is juicier. Now remove in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, my ribs are marinated all night and almost a day. ( Waiting for good weather, and she never got better, sun zero...)
For roasting ribs use FORESTER "the grill Grate small", the skewer will not fit.
Pre-light the grill. After the ashes are blown, formed good heat, put the grill with the ribs bake. And don't forget to scatter wet wood chips on hot coals when cooking ribs. Our ribs will acquire a distinct taste and fine aroma of Smoking.
In the process of roasting don't forget to grease the edges with the remaining marinade from the ribs. If the marinade will seem very thick, it is easy to fix by adding a little soy sauce.
